25 year old writer, director and actress Lena Dunham is currently taking the US by storm with her HBO comedy show Girls. On our side of the water, however, her incredible debut feature film Tiny Furniture is about to hit shelves across the country.
Winner of the Best Narrative Feature award at South By Southwest and Best First Screenplay at the Independent Spirit Awards, Tiny Furniture tells the story of a young woman, played by Dunham, who returns home from college with nothing to show but a degree in film studies, a failed relationship and a complete lack of direction in life.
It's a funny, honest and full of the unique style that has made Dunham one of the most talked about women working in the business right now.
